1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday).

During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer.

If available, delivery times vary by location.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct delivery address.
We cannot refund or replace orders sent to an incorrect address.

We will assist with courier investigations.
A replacement or refund will be issued only after the courier confirms the parcel as lost.

For international orders, the customer is responsible for all customs fees.
